Nowadays every college student cannot live without mobile phones.We are using it through day and night.
Meanwhile, anxiety is spreading widely.I witness many of my peers complain the anxiety on themselves and get absorbed by their mobile phones deeper and deeper.They know the problem is existing.

However, they are always obsessed with their phones.Only sometimes they try to change the current situation and most of the time they fail.

So I designed “OutLoop” to help college students to get rid of the loop of anxiety and phone addiction
